1. Senior Construction Engineer  (Civil)

A degree in Civil Engineering with atleast 8 years experience in field for major oil/gas projects in similar position. Must be fully knowledgeable about construction techniques to be employed, materials used and testing requirements to be applied for civil works. He shall have handled large civil works at site particularly in the Middle East either in Consultant or Contractor’s organization. He shall have the ability to spot non-conformances to project requirements and persuade Contractor to remedy them. He must have done work related to evaluation of variations, design changes, concession requests; review and approval of procedures and method statements of construction contractor for civil works at site.


2. Senior Construction Engineer (Electrical)

A degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years field experience in supervision of electrical works for large refinery/gas projects in similar position. Fully familiar with installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems. He shall be conversant with international codes, standards and recommended practices to be employed in oil/gas projects. He shall possess adequate experience to ensure that Contractors/Suppliers execute their scope of works as per agreed specifications, procedures, method statement and other specific project requirements. Further ability to handle interfaces with existing facilities will be added qualification for the above position. Further he must have dealt with variations, concession requests and design change requests for major projects at site.


3. Senior Rotary Equipment Engineer
A degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years experience in major oil/gas projects in the capacity of lead / principal Rotating Equipment Engineer with Engineering Contractor /Consultant organization. Fully familiar with international codes, standards and recommended practices to be applied for oil/gas projects during EPC phase of execution. Experience to manage EPC CONTRACTOR and EPC deliverables for Owner is distinctly preferred. Must have proven ability to contribute during installation of rotating equipment including specification, bid technical evaluation, vendor print review, handling field queries, etc.


4. Senior Corrosion / Metallurgy Engineer

A B.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering with at least 8 years experience in major oil/gas projects in similar capacity. Additional registration in professional bodies as a Corrosion Engineer is desirable. Must have worked as a Lead Engineer or Specialist with Engineering Contractors / Consultant during EPC phase of major refinery / gas processing projects. Fully conversant with industry standards and practices to be used in material selection and corrosion control & monitoring. Further familiarity of materials performance & corrosion aspects involved for harsh environment in Middle East is essential. Proof of participation with contribution on audits performed on EPC CONTRACTOR on major oil & gas projects shall be added qualification to this position.


5. Safety Manager

A Bachelors degree in Engineering with at least 10 years experience in similar position for major oil/gas projects. Must be fully conversant with international health, safety and environmental codes, standards, recommended practices and regulations and their application to large refinery revamp/grassroot projects. He must have handled independently plot plan reviews, Hazop and Safety reviews and made significant contributions therein. He shall have the expertise to deal with EPC deliverables to be developed for the project and ensure that the facilities to be constructed will be safe to operate and maintain. Knowledge of local/owners safety regulations will be essential to further verify that these are fully incorporated in the plant construction.


6. Senior Process Engineer*

 A degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 8 years experience in major oil/gas projects in similar position. Must have executed major refinery projects as the Lead Process Engineer and detailed Engineering with an Engineering Contractor/Consultant organization. Full involvement and contribution in design, engineering, P&ID reviews, hazop and safety review is absolutely essential. In addition, familiarity with licensor packages as well as co-ordination experience is mandatory. Further management of EPC CONTRACTOR and EPC deliverables for Owner will be added qualification. He shall have the proven capability to independently handle process simulations and calculations and prepare optimization reports where necessary and as directed by Owner.

7. Senior HVAC Engineer

HVAC will fall under Electrical
